Our overwhelming choice for endurance and value was "gel".

Ice Gel Packs
Our belief is when acquiring a vest, you should try to obtain as much cooling and warming power, as possible. Ice gel is the premier technology to get the job done and is dual purpose- hot & cold.

Features:
The vest is worn over a shirt, for comfort and cleanliness, giving an extra layer of material between you and the gel pack. The rugged materials and construction keeps "shock cooling" to a minimum.

Benefits:
The vests are fully adjustable, allowing you to bring the gel packs very close to your body for a "quick cool" or "quick warm". It can then be adjusted to be worn a little bit loose.
The bottom line is, when you are very hot - the extra cooling is exactly what you want, and need. And, you get heat to where you want it fast and longer.
