How
long will the cooling effect last?
At
100°F or 40°C, the packs will last three hours. Do
not forget a lot depends on the situation: how hot it is, how
much radiant-humid heat & your level of exertion.

How long does
it take to freeze gel packs?
With space around
the packs about 3-5 hours depending on the freezer setting. If this is
too long, a pack still has a considerable amount of cooling even if not
frozen solid.
How
do I store extra packs?
If
the packs are frozen a small cooler will keep them frozen
for about a day. |

What
about maintenance?
The vest can be machine
washed once the gel packs are removed. Do not add bleach, do not iron
and hang to dry.
Can I wear my vest while golfing?
Part of our design objectives was to make our vests flexible enough
not to interfere with our work or sporting activities. Yes, we love our
golf too, even more now on those real hot, humid days.
